Trust documentation is really important to execute properly because it is a legal way to protect your assets. Our highly skilled Notaries are trained to inspect your Trust documents thoroughly to ensure your documentation is Notarized properly. 

Notaries are not attorneys and therefore cannot practice legal advice.  Therefore, at a trust signing you should have access to your attorney's office should you have any questions about how the documents affect you as a signer. If the order is placed by an attorney's office we will be happy to ring you from the signing should your signers have any questions about the documentation. 

All of our Notaries are prepped with general knowledge of Trust documentation but are not allowed to explain scenarios to signers during a trust signing.
